Patryk’s professional experience includes a wide range of issues related to the day to day legal services for domestic and foreign private and public entities. He specializes in commercial contracts and corporate law, labor law as well as in legal reorganization of companies, including their merger and acquisitions, divisions and joint-ventures and comprehensive legal analysis of the companies (due diligence). He had experience in developing corporate rules, procedures, by-laws and policies as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts involving international elements.
