In order to take that next step, we are looking for a candidate who is not afraid of a challenge and wants to participate and facilitate the tremendous growth potential that Olympus Sky possesses, by helping us to complete our executive staff in preparation for raising Series A capital and growing the company.
The ideal candidate will have a background or at least some knowledge of cybersecurity, and prior experience and track record in a start-up that had a successful exit. They will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of customers, investors, and employees.
(Ideal) Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. MBA or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ C-Level experience in SaaS, Cybersecurity, Start-ups, B2B with a successful exit
- Articulate and compelling presenter and public speaker
- Confidence and Forward Thinker
- Not Risk Adverse
- Desire to change the world
- Team player, with strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
- Reside in Central or Western Europe, or East Coast of Canada or the United States
- Experience in managing remote teams
- Willing to travel 25-50% of the time
You will be responsible for:
- Develop growth strategy for SaaS that includes the creation and build-out of engineering and sales/marketing teams.
- Work with VC investors to raise the necessary capital to facilitate growth.
- Make key decisions that will affect the company’s direction.
- Work closely with the CTO and CSO to map out the company’s product development and timeline.
- Become the public face of the company to customers, partners and investors.
- Manage company finances.
